The passing of Walter Grauman

Who?

Relevant here because he was the director of 633 Squadron, but also since he was a B25 crewman with over fifty Twelfth Air-force missions to his credit.

March 17, 1922 – March 20, 2015

Thanks for reminding us of his contributions. A shame that we often don’t know a peron’s full history until he/she passes.

I knew nothing of his aviation record but he was prolific and highly respected in every aspect of the US entertainment industry. A great and long life.

One of my all-time favourite films – sad that I missed this somehow.
