The Patriot missile, is it a dud???

Saw this story about Raytheon’s
world renown Patriot missile yesterday and I was surprised
at the claim that was made of it.

Time to pick up a
few shares of Raytheon and hope it turns

Is it simply some media conglomerate out looking
for attention or some truth to it???
