I understand the new Ryanair interior isnt that comfortable at all, but I must say I do like the look of it:

I’ve been on worse – namely First Choice Airways  .

Low cost airline seats are more comfortable than charter ones in my opinion. Anyway, the yellow isn’t that bad. Typically you’re only on it for an hour or so. Perhaps Ryanair are copying easyJet by going for a ‘loud’ colour, although at least easyJet don’t have bright orange all inside the cabin 😎

I didn’t say it was comfortable 😉

Just saying it appealed to me visually :).

Yeh ‘ano. 😉 But since you mentioned Ryanair’s new interior and comfort in your post I thought I’d mention that it isn’t that comfortable, for what it’s worth I don’t think it looks to bad either though. 😉

FR’s new interior is easily the most uncomfortable I’ve flown in recently IMO.

Having been on both old and new FR 737-800 I can say they are both alright – though the new one is quite brash with the yellow seat backs the seats are marginally more comfortable than the old cloth ones.

I haven’t actually flown with Ryanair any time recently (last flight with them was yonks ago) so I am just judging them by looks, and both those shots jutify my opinions. Yuck..

I also found the old 738 interior very comfortable when I flew on a 738 last:

All I can say is that is a very impressive interior, unlike one Ryanair!

The seats are the same as the 733’s, cream leather with either red or blue headrests.

CELZ has grey leather. Must be because it is a QC?

😀 Sorry about that fella, I can be a sarcastic git at times!

Which of JET2’s aircraft still have the screens in place? I’ve never noticed them on any I’ve flown on.

I think it was G-CELV I noticed them on, they may have also been in place on the others I have flown, cant really remember. (Have flown CELSx2, CELV, CELU and CELX).

I have been on Jet2 B757 G-LSAA, it is very nice inside, quite spacious, clean and all leather seats like the B737’s.

Just out of curiosity, I’ve been finding photos of LS’ 757’s in their previous lives. Here is LSAA, and here is LSAB.

LSAA looks so sad sat in the desert. I’m sure she’s a little happier at LBA!
