The second HUD of Su-27UB and 30 ?

Is this the second HUD of Su-30, in front of the trainer seat?

And I also found the same thing on some su-27ub pics.

I know Typhoon has a HUD in front of rear seat, facing the back of front seat. I asked this quetion, but eurofighter.com would not reply any technical questions.
