First of many visits by an EK 777-300, also some Flyglobespan 737’s in hybrid c/s and the wingleted -800 at it’s home base.

You’ve not been able to see a 773 or wingletted NG 737 in Globespan colours at GLA until this week Sandy.
Just what i was thinking.

I supose,
Just my definition of “the shape of things to come” would be maybe seeing something not currently at the airport.

If you like I’ll go and take some pictures of the large crane hoisting girders up at the IDL expansion project. 😀

I was meaning the Emirates Boeing 777-300 of course which will be visiting daily from October 2005 hence the ” The Shape Of Things To Come….” title 🙂
I believe you’re a Boeing fan and I’m sure you’ll appreciate the sight of one of these on a daily basis at a Scottish airport?
In fact out of the 12 pics I’ve posted no less than 10 are Boeings 😉

I was expecting photos of a building site or something, with the title of the thread. LOL
Great phots, but nothing new IMO. I see things here as they’ve been for a while. Just my opinion

Some Very nice shots Kaplan. In particular the first and last of the first bunch. 🙂
The EK route must have go into overdrive now at GLA, with them adding 773’s! Excellent stuff. 🙂
