the tactics and maneuvers to outmaneuver BVRs

It is a very interesting topic and would appreciate if anybody can post info on different fighter platform tactics for successful evasion, and which aircraft would be the best bet to evade BVRs, and which BVR would be the best bet to take out a fighter.
