Just a quick heads-up for a military display in Cosby, Leicestershire this weekend. As well as re-enactor groups, military vehicles and a re-enactor battle (should be good, tanks e.t.c.), there will be displays by two P-51 Mustangs, a P-47 Thunderbolt, a Spitfire Mk IX and an Arnhem veteran C-47 Dakota. Brilliant, how big is it? Can’t wait to go, not sure which day i’m going. Were there many british vehicles or anti aircraft guns?

Had a look in today and its looking like a nice event big marquee by the lake with old ww2 search lights set up by the side and large boffer guns looks like a stunning place to hold the evening events in . the field was filling with old miliatry vehicles,etc looks like a nice weeknds events will be held there.
