I thought we were giggling because none of us knew Amelia Earhart was a boxer…

Are you children finished giggling about the fact that Hillary Swank has breasts?

Moderators view – harmless festive fun, permissible for a short while.

But your point is noted.

MarGus

Many thanks for the correction, yes, I was thinking of the very rare Ju86 at the Linkoping Museum amongst all the other rare exhibits. Well worth the visit to that Museum.

It’s quite annoying when people hijack threads to discuss things such as classic aircraft…….

Speaking of thread drift…

On a recent American sitcom, characters were discussing whether Hillary Swank was “hot” or not.
It was a mixed decision. 😀

Keeping in mind she won Oscars for:
-Playing a teenager girl who posed as a boy to date girls (based on a true story).
-Playing a female boxer.
and recently played Amelia, who was not known as a sex symbol.

But she does clean up rather nicely.

Maybe I could persuade Hilary Swank to come along, too! 😀

Doesn’t that make you go blind?

I simply wished, you understand, for Ms Swank to accompany me in order to discuss Amelia (of which she knows a good deal) and for her knowledge of and interest in aviation.

I understand she posts on this forum under the pseudonym ‘Graham Adlam’

I think you’re referring to the B 3, or JU86 as most know it.

There’s no Do17 or JU88 in Linköping,

Or perhaps the very Dornier looking Saab B18.

I understand completely, Andy. However, I must confess that if it was me, while we were discussing Amelia, I would tend to gently steer the topic of conversation around to ‘Gee, why don’t you take all of your clothes off, Ms Swank”.
