Thirlmere Low Level 27th August

Sorry if posted in the wrong section?
Shots taken from a ledge along Thirlmere in the Lake District..
Plenty of Props and Rotary, saved by Warton at the end with IPA1..
Pleased with my 1st Seaking at Low Level plus Chinook with some large weapons up front..

Thanks Neil. My military recognition is not too good but the Tucano and the Pilatus do look pretty similar. Great shots though.

Hi Oz, Helicopers tend use Thirlmere both ways..
Thats not a Tucano, its a Pilatus PC9 from BAe Warton. They have 2 PC9’s based there

Great shots but I wonder why the Chinook was going the “wrong” way? Is the Tucano in this year’s RAF solo colour scheme?
