Please Read carefully,
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office has changed their advice regarding Tunisia and are advising against non-essential travel to the country, due to the continuing political unrest, which has led to public demonstrations.
Presently, the FCO see no need for a full evacuation of customers currently in resort. Unlike Thomas Cook who are Evacuating. Therefore, at this time, customers may continue their holidays in Tunisia as planned, to return home as scheduled. Our experienced overseas team are updating our customers in resort of the situation and we are organising aircraft today, for those customers wishing to return home.
The safety of our customers and staff in Tunisia is our primary concern and we are continuously reviewing and monitoring the situation. Should the situation change, we will of course take immediate action and update customers.
In light of the FCO advice against non-essential travel, our flights to Tunisia on Sunday 16 January will be cancelled. Customers due to travel to Tunisia with us on this date will be contacted by customer services and offered alternative options to consider.
A dedicated helpline for customers due to travel Sunday 16 January has been set up immediately and will open from 11:00 until 22:00 hours today (14 January). Customers should call 0800 009 3834 to speak to an advisor.
Those departing after 16 January, no decisions have yet been made and currently normal booking conditions apply. Customers due to travel at a later date should visit Thomson and First Choice websites for up-to-date information on the situation.

I have been to Tunisia and it is a very nice place to go and with friendly people , but I would want to be out of there ASAP.
Sky reporting a prison fire in Monastir and another place many died.
Feel for the people stuck at Monastir Airport it is not the best place to be sat in.

Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras
Alternatively, avoid the high call costs and ring a substantially cheaper geographic number – 024 7628 2828. It doesn’t seem fair that affected holidaymakers are forced to pay over the odds in telephone calls to make changes to a booked-and-paid-for trip.
