Afternoon all,
Just about to book the annual cruise, I was wondering if anybody can tell me the aircraft details, sorry no flight number but it’s a Thomsonfly flight and will dept Man on the 7th Aug this year at 05:30am going to Palma, also return to Man on the 14th Aug at 11:50.
Tried to pick up a copy of flightcheck but they had sold out, again appreciate if anybody has the info.
Rgds

As mentioned on another thread I had the misfortune of returning on a TOM 757 sunday into BHX from ACE. Dirty, old with loose trim, a stark contrast to the MON A321 I went out on Thursday on.

Guess you were lucky, I have flown with Britannia for the last twenty years, and since the rebrand I have found them about as good as all the other low cost airlines. Yes times have changed but when you pay a small fortune for you holiday I guess that’s when you notice the differences, the 767 was worn out inside, broken panels, IFE was up the spout crew were miserable and garbage strewn around the door areas to name but a few things.
A far cry from what they were many moons ago, I think the only other airline still having the cut above the rest are first choice and I have heard good feedback about Excel.

It’s been a downhill slope for Thomsonfly since there rebranding, flew on a 763 last year and it was in a right state. Oh well will find out what the 738 is like in a few weeks
Totally disagree. Flown with Thomsonfly 3 times in last year, nost recent 2 weeks ago. Flights early, planes clean, cabin crew friendly and courteous and prices cheaper than Easyjet; what more can you ask of an airline!
Already booked another 4 flights with them in the next 8 months. Actions speak louder than words!

I had a return to Zakynthos on a Thomsonfly 738 last year. Got G-FDZB both ways if I remember rightly. Nothing remarkable about the flight except my seatbelt & tray table were absolutely filthy. :(.
