Thoughts on strategic air command and army aviation (not Indian Airforce news thread)

I wanted to pull the discussion out of other threads about the type of aircraft India would be best having if it wanted to have a nuclear triad with an airwing.

These are the aircraft or type of aircraft that I opine would make the Indian SAC worth having (bearing in mind the geography of the area, the potential for lethal airdefence network and significant strategic depth to target and the requirement to carry a heavy munition to deliver large warhead a long distance).

X-47 style UCAV
Phalcon Awacs converted for strategic operations and communications
Tu-160
B2A

Also, if the Indian Army has its own fixed wing capability for COIN or similar.

This is based on the COIN thread, as Indias main issue isnt conventional warface at the moment but insurgency and assymetry does it not make sense for the IA to buy some fixed wing assets that can located close to the troubled regions and per hour are cheap to operate?

Does India even have anything like a COIN or close air support aircraft (apart from say No 22 squadron)?
