Threat of poaching to captive animals and collections.

Shocking news, if true it wont just be Howlett’s and Port Lympne affected by this ‘poaching’ threat. Please share this and raise awareness. How can it be allowed to happen within the UK? It is shocking to see that animals in private collections are now under threat.

Nah Gary, CASTRATION, that’s the answer, and feed their bits to the Rhinos.:)

Even that’s letting them get off lightly.

It seems that Kent police are happy to pass information to the collections but not to protect them, it also seems to be the case that any force used by the volunteers to stop these ‘poachers’ will result in criminal charges. Either way here they seem to win.

The ultimate in human greed. To kill an animal for something that has no medicinal value what so ever. But don’t blame the poachers, blame the countries that still trade in horn. Won’t be happy until Rhino, Whales, Tiger, Gorilla are all extinct.

Yes, I too saw it on T.V. it appears that at least two Parks have stepped up security, as they strongly believe they will be targeted.
It’s those Blood$ Chinese who think a horn, sharks fin, Et Al, will make them more potent in bed, and stupidly believe things like that have healing powers.
Poachers, shoot the $£&$$£tards
