dark light

Throttle box I.D. please

I have recently come across this item but haven’t been able to identify it yet. Can any one out there assist. As you can see its a raw state.
All I have found so far are some numbers on the main block itself which is heavily pitted. On one side, the one with a black line on it are the following
Two capital AA which are raised and not stamped. There is a stamped B1 with a small circle after it which can’t be read. There is also A430?2 stamped on the block.
Under the black line stamped into a small brass disc are the numbers 26934B1
There are some numbers on the other side of the block but due to pitting I can’t read them.

I initially though it may be from an Anson or Blenheim but I can’t seem to match it up
Any idea’s ??

Agreed AM, I had forgotten that the Beau has a single mixture control.

I’d go for a Beaufort variant with Twin Wasp motors, i.e. British Mk. II or one of the Australian Marks.

The two mixture control levers is a clue. The Mk. I Beaufort had only one lever, similar to (most) Beaufighter versions.

Looks quite like Beaufighter.
