Tibenham Flying Control Truck Question

I was parked up next to this flying control truck at the Tibenham airshow earlier this month, but it wasn’t until I was back home looking at the pictures, that I started to wonder what the various aerials/masts were for. The anemometer is obvious, but I’m interested to know what the flying saucer, the cone and skeletal umbrella are.
