I was just wondering if there were any pilots from Australia who could tell me about some good FAFE courses in NSW or any tips you could give me about getting into the aviation bisness, civil or military that could help

Hes 15 so he has a few years. By the time he is old enough + completed training things should be okay.
Sorry I cant offer further assistance I dont really know the Australian system as I fly in the UK.

Suggest you take a look at PPRuNe website. Have a roam around there (especially the Wannabe’s forums)and you will find much useful info. It is a huge resource, and many very well-informed people contibute. They are plenty of plonkers as well, but that’s the internet for you!
