Tipsy Nipper Identity Anyone??

The City of Norwich aviation Museum have a Tipsy Nipper fuselage that’s not mentioned in W&R 20, does anyone know it’s identity/history?? Any information much appreciated. Out of interest it’s almost 51 years since the Nipper first flew!!

Sorry for the delay in answering, Went to CNAM today, firstly the Nipper frame is still there, and under cover, in the ‘new’ cockpit display area.
Secondly I asked the friendly staff about it’s ID, none of the two people I spoke with had any idea ! It was donated some time ago by a former lecturer with KLM Engineering upon his retirement.
Could not get close enough to gleen any info as the new poly tunnel building is not open yet, just pocked my camera lens through a gap (with permission).
Aparently there is talk of making a wing and other parts, but that is way off.
Hope this helps a little. Keith.

Hmm.
Unless somebody actually knows, your last hope may be the Tipsy Nipper Owners Club.

It has no known history or identity marks as far as the museum are concerned so not much to go on I’m afraid!!

Not much chance of getting a Construction number then?
