Hello,
On behalf of a someone who had a relative involved in building the three Antoinette IV (British entry) for the 1965 film Magnificient Men in their Flying Machines, I am writing here to ask anyone if they might know the current whereabouts of these three replicas. A period book I have states after filming one was sent to a museum at Fairoaks in Surrey, one went to Switzerland and one went to France. Recent searches (including Google) have turned up nothing however.

Why didn’t they make the hanger bigger!

I recall a mention in Pilot Mag in the late seventies/early eighties saying that one was with Personal Plane Services at Booker until being broken up to make space in the hangar.

I have often wondered where they ended up. Many of the other replicas have popped back up to the surface but the fact all the replicas of this design seem to be hiding is quite odd.
