To all photoshop-experts out there

This well-known picture – I got it from here:

lets me ask the question to all of you: do you consider it as genuine or as a fake? Or more to the point: Could it have been done with Fotoshop (or with similar software to create picture)?

For some reasons (which I will post later on this forum) IMHO it’s genuine – and if you share my opinion, I suppose you all know what this means. Then we should discuss this aircraft in a separate topic.
