To SMT or not to SMT ? that is "the question"

hello friends.
now it seems once again that Mr. Hugo Chavez (president of venezuela) has gone shopping and what he didnt say from his meetting with tabaris Putin last November, is that the 5,000 million dollars deal (seems already signed) included 50 Mig-29SMT, besides the 40 Mi-35 helos and 100,000 Kalashnikov assault rifles.
all this was published by O ESTADO (the state) journal from Sao Paulo Brasil, but we must be careful still, for example they mentioned AK-47 assault rifles, when in fact the deal is for AK-101/103 5.56 cal. so we cant be 100% sure this info is accurate.
one thing sure is that the requested MLU kits for FAV (Venezuela Air Force) F-16’s has being denied, so maybe “the man” got mad and went to russia…to “show some finger” ?
perhaps our brothers from Venezuela can add some so this info?
