this is really near supersonic, notice how because of the low altitude high density air, much more water vaour can be forced out of the air, and also notice that it interacts with the sea water!!

and, as it just passes you, the aircrafts nose nods- thats because its gone supersonic, and there has been a change in the centre of pressure- its moved backward, so consequently the trim has changed- and tipped the nose down.
