More contoversy, does the programme need any more uplifting?

Some of you blokes are difficult to please !

Used to enjoy it years ago but like a number of long legged programmes it became rather predictable and past its sell-by date.

John :D:D
Mind you he may get some stick from Ian and Paul.
Shouldn’t think many on here watch HIGNFY it being mainly satire.

Now, now! I think a ruler was used.

I read somewhere that their new show is to be called “gear knobs”
By: John Green - 18th September 2015 at 17:58
Had they been dragging on the ground ?
By: Newforest - 18th September 2015 at 17:53
As I remembered, he was slated to host the show back in April, but ‘pulled out’ due to having sore knuckles. Time heals all transgressions…………….

According to the BBC a certain person will be presenting ‘Have I Got News For You!’ in October:

OK, who had seven months in the sweepstake? 🙂

I did like the elephants **** with the two of them when presenting it.
By: John Green - 28th June 2015 at 21:43
Me too ! What ever your interpretation, it was and is a bit of most enjoyable, nonsensical fun entertainment. For which, I thank them and Andy Wilman.
By: TonyT - 28th June 2015 at 21:21
Awesome, will be missed, I enjoyed that.
By: Moggy C - 28th June 2015 at 21:12

Oh, they won’t mind and John Boyle would have been even more confused. Such are the ephemeral ramblings of this forum!!:)
By: John Green - 19th June 2015 at 13:56
Charlie,
You could’ve left it ‘as is’. Now I’ll have to delete my bit of rubbish because as is usual, no one will know what I’m on about.
By: charliehunt - 19th June 2015 at 13:13
Mea culpa!!:apologetic: I just can’t seem to get you out of my mind……..!! Post amended!
By: John Green - 19th June 2015 at 13:04
Is it vain to see my name being taken or, is my name being taken in vain ?
On the other hand is their a vein of truth in this or, is the wind vane of change in charge ?
By: charliehunt - 19th June 2015 at 05:45
Patronising italics! Sorry did I strike a nerve?:) That’s quite the strangest indicator of “class” I have ever encountered. Or is it just a John Boyle theory? No. Where did I say that?
By: J Boyle - 19th June 2015 at 02:17
So basically you were wrong on every count but decided he was a buffoon anyway. Your information is obviously all second hand and rather reminds me of the Danish cartoon episode when thousands were outraged without actually ever seeing the evidence they were supposed to be outraged about.
My, you’re a nasty little boy. 🙂
Always a sign of class comparing someone to a murderous jihadists. 🙂
So you’re saying he hadn’t had previous run-ins with the management about his temper/language/ or any thing else?

Apparently Clare Balding will be on too – she’s on every other bloody TV programme. Olympics, rugby, boat race, Crufts….
