Tornado F3 cockpit section. Tis something a lil diff.

£5K is IMHO a little bit steep, this is not I beleive a converted airframe but a purpose built simulator section.
5K fully fitted but minus the bang seats then maybe.

Indeed, and i’m told it cost you (the taxpayer) over £1million originally.
Debate it’s value until everyones blue in the face, doesn’t bother me, and i’m assured it won’t bother the vendor, who does indeed read this forum.
I’ll get my coat…..

I guess you could always ask the price ?
It’s an age old and very simple solution and usually works in most cases
Edit: I just spoke to the vendor, price is offers £5K or over.

It’s an F3 variant, the cockpit layout in the rear is for the F3. I’d be interested to know how much the seller expects to get for what is essentially an empty shell.

Looking at the section, Tornado that is, isnt it a GR series rather than F3 with the refuelling probe down the canopy side?
Thats not the probe, it’s just the side fairing of the canopy.

The Jag has already been sold, not sure what the price was though.

Maybe it was a GR series cockpit being used as an F3 simulator?! All I know is, the guy selling it spent a few years working on Tonkas so I’m hoping he should know what he’s talking about!
