Tornado fleet to be grounded early?

If this does come to pass is it wise just relying on the Typhoon for all fast jet operations? But then if the pilots aren’t being trained any more and there are going to be no more back seaters trained it all now makes sense.

Could this mean the return of the Harrier or is that just me being too wildly optimistic?
