ROME, April 7 (AFP) – An Italian Tornado warplane crashed on Monday during training but its two pilots managed to eject to safety with one sustaining a leg injury, the defence ministry said.
The jet fighter-bomber crashed just after takeoff from Gioia del Colle military base in the southeastern region of Apuglia. The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
Carabinieri police located the crew and took them to hospital. There was no damage to property, as the plane had crashed in open countryside, they said.

I don´t know if it´s an italian airframe, or un english F3.
If it´s really an leased aircraft, does anybody knows who have to paid for the crash? Is there any kind of insurance included in the lease contract?
