Tornado TIALD

I have a list of questions on TIALD which, shall remain in one thread.

Does anyone know the years which the RAF took delivery of TIALD?

Does anyone know when the TIALD was upgraded to Series 400? Did it occur across the Harrier, Jaguar and Tornado at the same time?

Does anyone know when the TIALD was/ is to be upgraded to Series 500? Did it occur across the Harrier, Jaguar and Tornado at the same time?

Does anyone know whether the Germans ever had TIALD on their Tornados? And if so, how many?
