Towed decoys

Is anybody knows if Boeing and Lochkeed Martin
JSF projects include towed decoys in their
ECM / ECCM equipment ?

F-16 Falcon
Do you know if their is sufficient space in the
fin base parachute/Ecm housing option of the F-16
Falcon to be used to install towed decoys equipement ?
