TR 1154/1155 Components

Chaps

we’re currently sourcing parts for our Stirling W/Op station, we have the TR1154/55 and have located hopefully a J switch and A1134 amp. As an old fashioned Rigger, are there any other items we should be looking for to make up the rig (not including electric string). Any pictures etc, gratefully appreciated

regards

john

I have one of the visual indicator gauges available, A,B,C,D & F connections on the rear. Operators unit I think. AM and Crown stamped front.

Hi Denis

Is that one of the 10Q/2 indicators, with a needle that points left and right?

cheers

John,

How about the various connectors to the “black boxes” in the wireless postion? The thick cables (wirewound or whatever they were called) together with the various connectors, do you have those as well. Are these sourceable in the UK? The RAF bombers were crammed full of them.
Cheers

Quite a bit to source and you’ve found the easy bits already.

There’s a distinct possibility that we’ll have the connectors although that has yet to be bottomed out. At the moment the electrical gear is the priority as we have some of the Oxy stuff required.

Any Sect Refs or pics that anyone has that could identify items would be much appreciated.

Condenser, ammeter,DF gauge, do you have the oxy system bits? if not you’ll need an econimiser flowmeter oxy hose, saftey valve/oxy hose holder, you got all the plugs for the sets?
