How do i instal traffic downloads into FS2004? what folder do i need to extract it to? and what are the best places to download traffic?

Try FSlive traffic for one, has a broad spectrum of airlines available from:

HTTP://WWW.AIRNAVSYSTEMS.COM

Other than that try the AVSIM libraries, always good for AI traffic plans.

Well, you could try www.projectai.com first off. download the installer then you can download airline packages from the site and run them through the installer with ou much hassle.OR you can find lee swordys traffic tools from most of the main freeware sites. Using this you can learn how to set up your own ai plans.

I personnaly have Just flights traffic 2004 added and also some project ai stuff specific to the va’s i fly for.

Not to hot on the installation of ai myself so i’ll leave the others to explain that , i will tell you though that the lessons available on www.simviation.com are very good
