The only thing u need is a visa if in your new passport u have a visa u should have no problem just make sure both of your passports are valid and don’t tell the custom people that u have a Canadian passport. the visa is the most important not if u have previous visas in it or not cuz the Brazilian embassy knows how many times u have applied for a visa etc.
