Stumbled across this page some nice pics including a 4 engined Catalina, and a Cat Fuselage in the weeds down in Ardmore New Zealand! Some one should hunt that one down for parts!

I just love the Cat – remember seeing the Plane Sailing example (the Super-Cat, which is currently undergoing rebuild) at East Fortune a few years back. Great sight to behold, that.

Nice Shots! Looked like some fun events. A very clean bird, probably not the most comfortable way to travel though. They do make a great camera platform with the side blisters
Its a very comfortable way to travel. Great seats, with the humming of the engines it will put you to sleep on long hauls. You are right great camera platform.
