I have always had an overwhelming desire to visit Libya and now following the resumption of diplomatic relations, it now seems feasible.
I would like a two-centtre city break flying LHR – Tripoli and then Tripoli – Benghazi and then back to Tripoli an home. I will investigate fares and see if I can fit a nice trip in. Wonder if I need a tourist visa?
I hope Libyan Arab Airlines are making a success out of LHR as they deserve to do well after all those years of being confined to operating domestic flights.

Go via Malta and get a chance to fly their 727! I think it’s the only international route they’re still operating the threeholer on.
