Does anyone have a spare “rebecca” type antenna that they would like to sell swap or give away to a good home? We have one of these already but require a second one to complete the installation. These Antennas were popular during the second world war(see link) and were seen on lancs, halifaxes, wellingtons and even postwar on hastings and varsity type aircraft

Peter, good luck with your quest, for over the moors of Binglebang, through the swamp of certain doom, past the hills of nastiness and the dales of smell, lies the lost storage shed of the Lanc spares, that fabled Holy Land we all seek…and there within, you will find the one, true Lanc spare…
Actually, I bloody hate all that ‘Lord Of The Rings’ type-stuff.

I wish someone would invent a time machine so we could go back in time to when the lancs were scrapped and drag several of them away for safe keeping.. not to mention a huge stock of rare parts LOL
