I have a quantity of new turbine oil and some hydraulic oils that are surplus to requirements, most are possibly shelf life expired and there is no paperwork for any of it.
I have the following available:
BMS3-32B type 1 (equivalent to Aeroshell LGF landing gear fluid) qty 2x 20lt drums (have been partially used)
ROYCO 808 turbine oil qty 20 x quart cans
Hyjet V (equivalent to Skydrol) qty 1 x quart can
BP2197 turbine oil qty 21 x quart cans
Castrol Aero 40 landing gear shock strut fluid qty 4 x quart bottles
BATCO X8401-2 glycol lithium grease qty 1 x 35 lb drum
Ardrox 306N aluminium temporary protective coating qty 2 x 5 gallon drums
This lot is available free of charge to anyone who wants to collect and ideally I want it all to go in one lot.
It will need to be collected from Aylsham ,Norfolk NR11 area, it is on a pallet, but I don’t think it will survive being shunted around in a pallet company’s network!
Please PM me for any details, link to pictures here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/152713145@N06/albums/72157686163192376

Of course, yes please, Dave.
I’ve had a batch of the LAS stuff via e-Bay and very useful it was too. It doesn’t matter to us “amateur” grassroots preservationists that the stuff is time-ex. It’s exactly the stuff we need and better than any cheaper alternative.
Gratefully, Anon.

Yes, disposal legitimately of this stuff can be a problem so best to move to others who can use it.
The Jaguar project at Bentwaters has benefited with a fair bit of POL to help them out.
If this stuff is any use Mike I’ll add it to the lot, there’s only one can though.

Dave

You should try the likes of airborne colours or air livery, I would imagine they get left over paints that will be life ex.
Dopes etc I think las used to put theirs on eBay when expired

Yes, ditto that. It’s far better than having to pay to have the stuff recycled or just going in the bin.
I’m just after some time-ex dope, thinners and paint now 😉

Hi Dave,
I’d be interested in some of it but, of course, would take the lot so as not to leave you with the remainder. Leave it with me, I’ll try and get it collected asap.
Regards, Mike/Anon.
Edit: Solution in sight; PM’d you, Dave.
