twin barrow PLA main battle tank?!

i found this pic of a PLA tank on CMF, and was shocked. i personally never even heard, never mind see a tank with twin heavy calleber guns. i mean the closest thing i know of is the twin barrow tank in C&C.

what do u guys think of it? is it just because im behind the times or is this for real?
