Type J Suton Harness

Hi All,

Would anyone have any details or photos of a Type J Sutton Harness as fitted to the Miles Martinet. Also looking for any details on harnesses with stores reference 6F/166 and 6F/182.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info it at least gives me some idea on what I am looking for. Just need to find an image now but it does sound like standard kit…….

Hi Tim,

My copy of AP1086 Section 6F dated 20th March 1956 has 6F/166 listed as ‘ANCHORAGES, observers complete’ and consists of 6F/160 Fork,swivel and 6F/96 Quick release. 6F/182 is not listed in this edition.
