I have a few questions regarding typeratings for vintage fighters (piston and jet). Trainers (vintage or modern) are also of interest.

What is currently available for civilian license holders (PPL(A), ATPL(A)) and with little or no military flying experience?

Operators, prices, flight time requirements, other requirements?

Which aircraft types are available for this?

Future prospects for this sort of flying?

I’m slightly familiar with a few warbird operations today, but I’d appreciate it if anyone here could provide any useful information.
