Typhoon VS F-22 VS Rafale part II

What we learned from the old thread

* Rafale claims a High kill ratio in the Middle east exercise against the Typhoon*

* Either 5 draws and 1 confirmed kill, or 4 draws and 2 Kills from the F-22 versus Rafale engagements*

* There was a rumor that perhaps the Rafale and F-22 teams agreed not to use
AN/ALR-94 and the spectra respectivly*

* The only F-22 versus Rafale BVR engagement came when the Rafales said they didnt know the F-22 would track them this way. I didnt count according to the French*

If I am wrong or if I need to further link or past the actual thread quote please inform me.

Things that dont quite add up.

1. No one knows for sure What aircraft type the Typhoons where simulating No one knows the ROE.

2. How did the Raptors lock onto the Rafale if they could not use the AN/ALR-94 Or AESA?

3. If the Rafale is as advanced as it claims why didnt it detect the Raptors emmisions?

4. How can a aircraft with TV nozzles and Post stall manuvering be shaken by a 30+ degrees aoa aircraft?

5. How do you have a draw in this type of engagement? is there a timer?
