Typical height and weight range of fighter pilots?

How tall and how heavy can a typical fighter pilot of any air force or navy be?

I’ve heard that the minimum height is 5′ 6” (168 cm) and the maximum is 6′ 3″ (190 cm).

I don’t know about the minimum and maximum weight range.

Because you wouldn’t want to be too short to not be able to see over the HUD or too tall to hit your helmet on the canopy.
