UAV's and the future of aviation

If the military was to turn heavily to UAV’s whould we just end up with boring transport aeroplanes (well actually interesting) and no interesting fast fighters.

Long term does that mean that historic aviation won’t be about F15, F18, F111 and Lightnings and the like and just end up with a series of boring UAV’s. UAV’s can be interesting but not to the same extent as standing beside an F111

Will the conversation be stuck in a time warp about Spitfires?
