Spent the day at Prestwick shooting 460, not even thinking of photoshopping them tonight :dev2: Then ran up to Glasgow for a quick run round the perimeter and Edinburgh for same before heading home.
Awful,Awful weather all day, so apologies for the poorness.
Glasgow
From the hills above Glasgow around 4pm:

Shot more which i may work on tomorrow and post…on to Edinburgh:

The strangest Gulfstream ( i think) i have ever seen…..thought to be on it’s way to the Israeli AF

Then finally a quick jump back into GLA for a late arriving Iberworld A330 (not shot) and the King of Spain’s taxi
Prestwick to follow…. bed first.. long wet day, and great congrats to Seville FC on another great win (just!!)

James:
Si is referring to me shooting the Gulfstream 550, Israeli air force secret type thingy at Edinburgh. I havent noticed the 6 cargo F27 move in ages.
Kevin: very true, GLA was a bit poor, mind you, liked the idea of parking the Neos and Futura 737’s nose on to the blast fence.
Cheers for the comments.

Good selection Scotty, I’m guessing the Kingfisher private-bus was in town whilst they completed their purchase of Whyte & Mackay whisky distillers ?

Scotty ,I’ve been asked for the Israeli serial number for the G550 (being fairly local– i.e. Scotland!), I’m told it’s usually iunder the cockpit window, and it looks as though it is on your pic. Is there any way you can zoom your photo to get it?
Thanks in advance
George

Cheers Rab
Cheers Gerry, absolutely true, heard it call up just as i was leaving the car to wander into the car park and decided to hang around for it…glad i did.
BTW it is hidden away in yon hangar beside the GAT (not the Air Contractors one) so looks like it may night stop.

Hi Tartan… !
That ‘beastie’ landed in front of me when I was standing at the ‘other side’.
Probably the first and last time you’ll ever see that monster.
That’s what it’s all about, right place, right time. 😀

Thanks Peter, i am guessing a Gulfy, but looks like a mix of Gulf,BD700 and SR71 😮 😮
For them who are at EDI, the strange beastie was hurriedly backed into a hangar out of prying eyes way:D
