The article seems to be a plug for the book “Strange Company — Military Encounters with UFOs in WWII.”
“British author Keith Chester writes about many strange sightings by Allied pilots over Nazi Germany, similar to what Harris and his supervisor described.”
Chester doesn’t sound very British in the interviews I’ve listened to on-line.
Try a Google search for some of them – they’re really quite interesting (if long). I wouldn’t mind picking up a copy of the book.
