What? Google Earth shows you a secret alien craft inside a secret non existent hangar on a secret non existent airfield called Area 51?

No wonder people got nervous about Google Street View.

Regards,

kev35

Kev. I did say the word ALLEDGEDLY , and perhaps just a handful of TOP BRASS in the USA can state whether the craft exists in area 51, and if so, would it be possible to back engineer such a thing.

There is bound to be “life” in abundance elsewhere in the universe but I do not believe that any form of sentient “alien” has ever visited the earth. As to whether we will achieve in reality what we see on film in fantasy is pure conjecture, but given that we have several millenia to do so, it would seem more than likely. And no doubt at some point in the future the “little green men” will come a’calling.

Not if (89959) 2002 NT7 has anthing to say about it…

No rock samples have been brought back from Mars yet.

Are you thinking of the meteorite found in the Antarctic that is presumed to have come from Mars?

Yes, that is what I must have read about, as there will be no Launch to Mars, until 2018, but even so, having nothing from Mars, ie, no Provenance, how do we know the meteorite in the Antartic was indeed from Mars.
I find things like this very interesting.Whats your thoughts on back engineering on the craft alledgedly in a hanger in area 51, which I believe the Americans state does not exist, but it does when Google Earthed.and quite clearly at that.

And then there’s the bacteria that live in boiling diluted sulphuric acid in volcanic thermal pools….

And the entire ecosystem that thrives around ‘black smokers’ on the deep ocean floor in pitch darkness, high temperatures and water pressure that would crush a Challenger MBT…..

Not to mention the algae that live inside rocks and glaciers.

All “earth born things”.

We are all star stuff.

In 1955, General Douglas MacArthur predicted that the next war would be an interplantary war. MacArthur was a veteran of three wars and known for his strategic brilliance, On October 8, 1955, MacArthur said:

“The nations of the world will have to unite, for the next war will be an interplanetary war. The nations of the earth must someday make a common front against attack by people from other planets.”

I saw a copy of his speech in the Roswell Museaum many years ago. Maybe he saw something himself.

I reckon MacArthur had seen too many sci-fi movies.

I remember in the 50s, pilots from RAF Alcolnbury, were sent home to the USA if they reported they had seen something “Strange” whilst flying, there seems to be a lot of reported sightings all at once, particularly Mexico, then it goes quiet, for a while, then it repeats itself.

It’s hard to say what they are, but they bore a resemblance to fossilised bacteria, but they were much smaller than is generally accepted as possible for a living organism. That said they were found with crystals that on Earth are only created by living organisms.

Statistically it would be ludicrous to contend that somewhere out there there isn’t some other form of life, given that all the ingredients are out there and new telescopes are revealing just how many extrasolar planets there are, but I think it’s unlikely they would have visited us in the manner some suggest.

Well, I know they DO exist, as anyone who has watched Will Smith in Independance Day will know. 😀

I can’t understand the fact that, yes, many sightings can be explained away, but like us going to the Moon, you wouldn’t travel all that way, and not land and get out would you?.craft seen but Alians not, if the truth be known.
I wonder if the odd one seen, is riding point ready for the main force to come in,?.

Earth born things don’t need that. OK, maybe the last one in deep desert.

But yeah, I agree with you PeeDee. Pretty much impossible that none of the other millions of planets in the universe support any form of life. Just a matter of time before one advances enough to explore further, into another galaxy.

What makes me really sceptical about these types of reports, is that they are usually always either from the USA or Russia. If aliens have been visiting us, why do they always visit there? Why not Mongolia, Indonesia, Peru, Chad etc?! Though I guess if they have been clever enough to get to us, they could maybe work out who the superpowers are.

I believe.
I’m not sure I believe they’ve been here yet, but it is an astronomical impossibility that there isn’t another planet at “The correct” distance from it’s home star that can spawn life.
However, there is no reason at all that the Tardigrades need the range of survival temperatures they can withstand….if they were from this planet. They can withstand to be almost boiled in water or be taken to absolute zero. (-273C or 0 kelvin). They can be dried out for years but will come alive when wet.
Earth born things don’t need that. OK, maybe the last one in deep desert.
