I fondly remember Whitley Streiber who made a fortune from his alien “real experience” books. I was asked to photograph him at a lecture, so I sat through his presentation. He ended-up whipping the audience into a frenzy because he’d got exciting new film footage of alien spacecraft gathered over his house. When he showed the film clip the audience was nearly passing-out with excitement at what Whitley described as the strange alien craft turning and swooping overhead.

It was video of some moths fluttering round a porch light – a five year-old could have seen that but not one person seemed to have realised.

Adamski is a fraud. So is Eduard Meier from Switzerland. How I kept reading about him and his UFO’s when I grew up. Sad to say, it was all a hoax.

I seem to recall (which is a problem I have been experiencing more of recent years!) that Adamski was one who said he had talked to one particular alien visitor. Said things about their being weaker than us (from lower gravity?) and that he had damaged his hand by shaking it. Does that sound familiar FS?

I have a book (SOMEWHERE !) I think it dates from 1956 penned by a chap called Adamski it deals with this subject but some of the photos look suspicious. Wish I could find it again !

Good book on some of the projects undertaken duringWW2 by the Germans and some myths about UFO’s by Tim Matthews covering a wide range of really well researched subjects concerning UFO ufology.

Called”UFO Revelation” ISBN 0-7137-2733-0 its worth a read as it exposes some interesting facts that would be unknown otherwise to the reading of the book.:rolleyes::)

I’ve seen much better documentaries on this stuff. This one had flaws and ignored important cases, especially the Roswell deal was quickly rushed by.
