I would like to know if anyone can tell me please other than the Portugal Air Force Hurricanes which were prepared/painted up for the film I believe at Langley were the UK examples used in the film also prepared/painted at Langley or would they have been done elsewhere.

Not my usual area, but here goes.
Mk.I L1591 – Used for cockpit shots in the studio – Subsequently broken up after filming
Mk.I L1592 – Prop at RAF Kenley – Now in Science Museum
Mk.I P2617 – Septic’s Hurricane – Now in RAF Museum, Hendon
Mk.IIc LF363 – Now BBMF
Mk.IIc PZ865 – Now BBMF
Information take from the excellent reference book – ‘Flying Film Stars – The Directory of Aircraft in British World War Two Films’ (ISBN: 978-1-906592-15-8)
Unfortunately it only mentions Langley in relation to the Portuguese Hurricanes.
