UK Overflights

I am in North London (Wembley area) and not being a local I am having trouble trying to find the radio frequencies for the overflights, North, South, East, West. Lots of KLM etc, routing to States-AMS and vica versa. Can someone point me in the direction of local maps/frequencies, mid and high level. I seem to have got all the LHR departure / Arrival routes.
Many thanks
Ian S

Frequencies are subject to change, but a couple of weeks ago most of the high level flights over London were on 127.425. Those heading north handed on to 127.88 shortly after passing over London. Those heading west went to 133.6. Southbounds went to 133.635 or 135.32 and the eastbounds to 132.755.
