UK replacement MPA, what would you choose

Looking that the uk really needs an maritime patrol aircraft after the cancellation of nimrod mr4 what would be a good choice bearing in mind the limited budget that could be made available.
I like the airbus 319 MPA, C-295, refurb PC-3’s. there is an ok variety of aircraft to choose from but given the UK limited budget I would initially aim for a fleet of between 6 to 12 and try to keep it as off the shelf possible. Upgrades can come later
