Ukraine displays new anti-tank missiles

Just like the Russians have had to adapt to losing capabilities because they were based in former soviet replublic countries (ie NSVT HMGs are Ukrainian, as is Antonov, and the MAZ type trucks), it seems that the Ukraine has decided to make some Ukrainian equivelents of Russian missiles.

Good stuff, but I was wondering if the R-2/Skif combo is wire guided?
