I’m trying to identify these two castings which I think are both undercariage oleo legs, although I am happy to be corrected if I’m wrong. Anyway, any suggestions as to what aircraft types these are from would be very gratefully received.
The first ‘leg’ was made by Alcoa and has various numbers cast into it. I hope these are readable but if not, I can post details. There is very little marked on the second leg, other than the etched numbers given in the third image.

actuator
The second picture is an actuator body (possibly retraction actuator) manufactured by Dowty Aerospace Gloucester (now Messier-Bugatti-Dowty) ,hence the DAG inspectors ‘stamp’. The body was manufactured in 1991 (serial number is a unique number followed by year of manufacture).
As to aircraft type, don’t know but will have a look in some manuals for you when I get back to work next week.
