I went to viewing park this evening for a couple of hours between 6pm and 8pm. As is the norm at Manchester something unexpected turned up. The lighting was very variable tonight. From dull, very sunny to mixed and moody skies. All in two hours. I’ve thrown a few different angles and compositions tonight because the postcard angles are getting a bit boring 🙂

Only able to capture this on the far runway (23L)…

This took everyone by surprise. I thought I was at Malpensa for a minute…

This was about a third of the stuff that came in during the two hours I was there. It was very busy indeed tonight.
Thanks for looking.

So have Ryanair bought a prototype 737 from Boeing and not bothered to have it repainted?
it’s not new they’ve had it a few years, knowing them they got a good reduction for keeping it in Boeing colours

Very nice indeed ! A slimmed down Blue Panorama ? and G-BWWT my Manchester taxi ! You are so lucky to have so many movements in such a short time !!
I was at NWI for about the same period today and we had …. maybe 10 fixed wing and 20 rotary’s in and out !!
